Held “Environmental Awareness Programme” at schools and sensitized school children and SMCs to save planet earth by not cutting trees and planting saplings. Conducted Earth Hour-2018 at Vuda Park, on March 28th’2018, for which the District Commisioner for GVMC, Vizag Port Trust, Chairman, Krishna Babu and other dignitories attended. 

The children who attended were addressed on different types of pollution that is causing through air, water and land with best examples. Explained on the carbon monoxide and other toxic gases that is causing pollution that is affecting harmful health conditions to human life and as well as natural habitat. Addressed different diseases through the effluents that were being released by chemical factories cause’s cancer and skin allergies. Requested them to form child eco clubs and plant trees at their households’ surroundings and at schools. They were explained on effects of global warming and deforestation (cutting of trees) disturbing the natural habitat with good case studies. Given the details of Pollution control Board Department details in the District and State for complain g if they cause any harm from the pollution. 

Output:  During the program children 20 eco clubs from 5 schools in Visakhapatnam city that covered 4000 children.
